Who we are
UNDRY Asset Management Limited is a private equity company. Its managed fund capital of more than €500 million is provided by institutional investors, successful entrepreneurs and the UNDRY team. The UNDRY team, which consists of 13 experienced investment experts, currently manages 21 platform investments from various economic sectors.
What we do
The UNDRY team seeks attractive corporate investment opportunities and is successfully implementing growth concepts. That being said, for us ‘implementing’ does not mean interfering with day-to-day operations. Instead UNDRY sees itself as a sparring partner for corporate management teams and an initiator of ideas for strategic corporate development.

Our track record to date
With more than 150 holdings, UNDRY managers have proven to provide reliability to sellers and create value for investees, business managers and, subsequently, investors. Our 21 platform investments comprise to more than 50 individual companies which generate a total annual turnover of around €1 billion and more than €50 million in earnings. For years now, their sales and earnings have been growing at over 10% per year.
